6% Cash Back on Hotels.com / Holiday Inn / IHG / Marriott with your Chase Freedom Credit Card

I don’t say this enough, but the Chase Freedom Credit Card is awesome.  I was reading my email and saw my Chase Freedom 2nd Quarter registration confirmation.  Toward the bottom of the email, I saw a banner for Extra Cash Back that caught my eye…

By clicking the See Offers button, I was brought to this page with several offers for an additional 5% cash back.  The first category is Home Goods which does not excite me..

The second category is Spring Style which doesn’t excite me either…

But the last category is Spring Travel, which does excite me.  5% cash back on Hotels.com, Holiday Inn, IHG (which is technically the same things at Holiday Inn), and Marriott hotel reservations.  I had to be sure my eyes were not deceiving me, so I looked closer…

Lo and behold, my Chase Freedom was not lying to me.  I was actually able to use my Chase Freedom Credit Card to earn an extra 5% cash back (or 5 Chase Ultimate Reward Points per dollar) at all 4 merchants listed above.

In comparison, when I log into the Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall with my Chase Ink Card, I only see offers for 2x or 3x at the 4 merchants listed above.
