MyPoints.com is an online shopping portal, similar to the Chase Ultimate Rewards Mall or TopCashBack, that pays its members for clicking through to other online merchants. These shopping portals get 1-2% from the merchant and pay a portion of the profit to the member who earned it for them. It is very straight forward.
You can also earn points by completing surveys, playing games, clicking on links in emails, searching the web, booking travel, and for printing coupons.

After almost a year on the site, I had finally reach my target of 5,700 MyPoints.
I was able to redeem my points for 2,500 United miles.
I submitted my request on July 25 and it says it takes 2-6 weeks for delivery. The miles posted to my United account on August 16, so it took 2 weeks to complete the transfer.
After redeeming my award, my balance dropped down to 51 MyPoints. Better start working toward my next redemption.
